Обязанности

01Define and drive the product strategy for our next-generation observability pipelines solution and align your vision with broader company goals
02Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Product Design, Sales, and Marketing to translate customer insights and technical opportunities into impactful product capabilities
03Evangelize the product vision internally and externally, providing thought leadership on how modern observability practices can transform DevOps efficiency and drive customer value
04Engage deeply in technical design discussions around distributed systems, client-server architectures, cloud native stacks, OpenTelemetry, and advanced instrumentation workflows, leveraging your strong engineering or equivalent background
05Steer end-to-end product development from concept through launch, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery, continuous iteration, and measurable business success
06Champion product excellence by setting high standards for design, user experience, security, and performance while addressing complex enterprise needs at scale
07Coach and influence the broader product and engineering teams as a subject-matter expert with clear priorities, measurable goals, and unwavering focus on customer success

017+ years of experience in the Developer / DevOps / Software industry with 3+ years as a software engineer or equivalent and 4+ years in product management, with hands-on software development or equivalent background
02Proven track record of leading complex, highly technical products through the full development lifecycle, ideally in an enterprise or B2B context
03Deep understanding of client-server architectures (Linux, Windows), cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, containers, microservices), and modern software development practices
04Familiarity with observability concepts such as metrics, logs, traces, instrumentation, data pipelines, OpenTelemetry, and/or related platforms is a strong plus
05Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill intricate engineering details into compelling product narratives for diverse audiences of both engineering and non-technical stakeholders
06Customer-obsessed mindset, always seeking ways to solve real-world customer challenges and deliver the best possible user experience
07Strong leadership and collaboration skills, adept at influencing cross-functional teams and aligning multiple stakeholders towards a common vision with clear, measurable outcomes
08Passion for innovation and an energy to navigate uncharted territory, a willingness to guide teams through ambiguous design phases, and a drive to shape the future of observability at scale
