Обязанности
- 01Be an independent individual contributor who can solve problems and deliver high-quality solutions with minimal/high-level oversight and a high level of ownership
- 02Bring a customer-centric, product-oriented mindset to the table - collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve product ambiguities and ship impactful features
- 03Partner with engineering, product, design, and other stakeholders in designing and architecting new features
- 04Experimentation mindset - autonomy and empowerment to validate a customer need, get team buy-in, and ship a rapid MVP
- 05Quality mindset - you insist on quality as a critical pillar of your software deliverables
- 06Analytical mindset - instrument and deploy new product experiments with a data-driven approach
- 07Deliver performant, reliable, scalable, and secure code capable of supporting Truework's significant scale
- 08Monitor, investigate, triage, and resolve production issues as they arise for services owned by the team
Требования
- 015+ years of software development experience
- 02Bachelor degree (or equivalent education/training)
- 03Proficiency in Python and Javascript (or similar languages/frameworks)
- 04Experience developing RESTful APIs
- 05Strong communication and documentation skills
- 06A strong sense of ownership from feature design through production release
- 07A desire to collaborate with external stakeholders
- 08An eagerness to learn, collaborate, improve, innovate, and have fun
