• 014+ years as an engineering manager
• 028+ years as an engineer
• 03Strong skills in critical thinking, decision making, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• 04Experience managing quality incidents as both a technical lead and communication lead
• 05Experience working on products at scale, and understanding the data, legal, human impact, and technical nuances of supporting highly regulated products
• 06Strong experience with TDD, pair programming, and agile methodologies
• 07Deep understanding of service architecture and system design as well as lean software development principles
• 08Ability to make high-level prioritization decisions quickly and thoughtfully
• 09Able to develop inclusive teams to foster growth and diversity
• 10Humility, openness to feedback, and eagerness to learn
• 11Experience with machine learning and AI is a plus
• 12An A-player mindset with a strong bias for action: you raise the bar, move with urgency, stay resilient through ambiguity, and take ownership to deliver meaningful outcomes

• 01On-target Earnings OR Base Salary range (San Francisco, CA) $233,000 — $274,000 USD
