• 01Own design for key Truework product areas across borrower, lender, and internal operational experiences from discovery through launch and iteration
• 02Partner with Product and Engineering to define problems, shape roadmaps, and deliver high-quality solutions
• 03Simplify complex workflows (verification requests, document collection, consent/authorization, status visibility, exception handling) into clear, user-friendly experiences
• 04Use AI-assisted design and development tools to rapidly prototype, validate, and implement lightweight UI changes
• 05Design for trust and clarity in a sensitive financial domain prioritizing transparency, error prevention, accessibility
• 06Translate insights into outcomes by combining qualitative research, stakeholder input, and product data
• 07Create thoughtful interaction and visual design across responsive web and/or platform surfaces
• 08Facilitate alignment with workshops, design reviews, and strong storytelling
• 09Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Compliance/Legal, Data, and Operations
• 10Contribute to design systems and standards to improve consistency, speed, and quality

Требования

• 015–8+ years of product design experience with strong track record of shipping high-quality work
• 02Portfolio demonstrates end-to-end thinking: problem framing, exploration, rationale, collaboration, iteration, and measurable impact
• 03Comfortable working in complex domains where edge cases matter
• 04Strong product instincts balancing user needs, business goals, technical constraints, and timeline realities
• 05Experienced in collaborative, cross-functional environments, influencing decisions through clarity
• 06Ability to independently plan and execute lightweight research (interviews, usability testing, concept validation)
• 07Attention to details: interaction patterns, content clarity, information hierarchy, and accessibility best practices
• 08A-player mindset with strong bias for action: raise the bar, move with urgency, stay resilient through ambiguity

• 01On-target Earnings OR Base Salary range (San Francisco, CA) $169,000 — $199,000 USD
