Обязанности

01As RSM, be responsible for all aspects of safety and security for Discord's San Francisco headquarters and European office locations, including day-to-day operations and long-term projects
02Manage Discord's contract Security Officer team, ensuring high levels of service and professionalism
03Serve as the in-office security representative for CorpSec. These duties include answering questions from employees, engaging with visitors, securing internal events, conducting security interviews, investigations, and training sessions
04Develop and uphold standard operating procedures and protocols for facility protection and personnel management within the vendor guard force
05Act as the incident response coordinator for Discord HQ. Lead annual incident management exercises, construct scenarios, and create training objectives
06Define and manage KPIs/SLAs for security vendors; conduct audits and drive performance improvements
07Monitor and maintain security systems, conducting preemptive health checks and ensuring maximum uptime
08Planning and building out security technical architecture, including VMS, ACS, system controls, subsystems, and ancillary security products
09Work cross-functionally with other teams, particularly Information Technology, Workplace Services, and Facilities, to ensure the safety and security of Discord employees and guests

015+ years of physical security experience, particularly in guard force management and overseeing corporate office security
022+ years of people management experience
03Extensive experience in project management, including RFPs and process improvement, and change management
04Experience managing vendor relationships
05Experience managing budgets, spend forecasting, and contract management
06Access control and video management experience, particularly around Brivo, Genetech, HID, and other systems
07You have excellent verbal and written communication and are experienced in de-escalation techniques
08Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle emergency situations
09Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor
10Ability to perform on-call duties during critical incidents and emergencies and are able to travel occasionally as required to support operations and meet training requirements
11High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
12Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area (Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano, and Sonoma counties)

02For this role, the Hiring Manager would like folks to be in the office 5 days a week
03The US base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000 to $202,500 + equity + benefits
04Our salary ranges are determined by role and level
05Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training
