Обязанности
- 01Develop and evolve Discord's Brand Safety, Suitability, and anti-malvertising policies for the ads business
- 02Partner with Legal to ensure global compliance and use AI/data analytics to spot emerging commercial risks
- 03Build deep knowledge of Discord's revenue strategy and commercial infrastructure, translating complex policy requirements into actionable guidance for Sales and Product teams
- 04Partner directly with Discord Advertising customers, Marketing, and Business Development to define partner requirements
- 05Guide Revenue product teams throughout the development lifecycle, partnering with Legal on risk and mitigation strategies for features in your portfolio
- 06Partner with Product and Engineering on detection infrastructure and enforcement scaling, and with Trust & Safety to ensure policies are enforceable at scale
- 07Represent Discord's commercial policy approach with industry groups and partners, and support Sales and Account Management with policy guidance
- 08Develop user-facing communications explaining Discord’s commercial policies, and stay current on brand safety/anti-malware/digital advertising best practices
Требования
- 015+ years of experience in advertising policy, marketplace quality/operations, trust & safety, or brand safety roles within technology companies
- 02Proven expertise in at least two of: digital advertising, Brand Safety and Suitability, or anti-malware strategy
- 03Deep understanding of programmatic and digital advertising ecosystems
- 04Experience with major Brand Safety/Suitability and anti-malvertising vendors
- 05Experience addressing large-scale malvertising schemes, with a clear understanding of the incentive structures behind them
- 06Experience using AI/LLM tools in day-to-day projects and workflows
- 07Experience working with revenue teams and understanding business metrics/KPIs
- 08Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform policy decisions
- 09Excellent judgment in the face of complexity and ambiguity
- 10Excellent communication skills for both technical and business stakeholders
- 11Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area

- 02US base salary range for this full-time position is $192,000 to $216,000 + equity + benefits
- 03Travel: 10-15%
