Обязанности
- 01Act as a strategic thought partner to the GM - pressure-testing plans, not just executing them
- 02Scope and build the case for new growth bets - new segments, channels, or motions
- 03Bring an outside-in view of where India GTM is under-indexed and turn market and competitive signal into a plan
- 04Own end-to-end execution of key growth initiatives - driving them from plan to measurable outcome, not just tracking status
- 05Serve as the connective tissue across Legal, Marketing, and Product on India-specific initiatives
- 06Track the KPIs and OKRs that matter for the India business and surface what needs attention before it becomes a fire
- 07Identify and fix operational problems before they escalate
- 08Use AI tools to automate, streamline, and multiply your own impact
- 09Handle sensitive matters with discretion and act as a trusted partner across the org
Требования
- 01Low ego, high ownership, no task beneath you - you drive things to done, not just to assigned
- 02Smart, structured, and practical with genuine commercial instincts
- 03Track record of owning a growth initiative end-to-end and landing a measurable result, not just coordinating one
- 04Comfortable operating with ambiguity - you can take a vague growth thesis and turn it into a scoped plan with an owner and a timeline
- 05Passionate about AI and excited to be at the center of a category-defining company
- 06Prior experience in consulting, strategy & ops, or a high-growth startup GTM environment
