Обязанности
- 01Lead technical discovery with security executives, practitioners, architects, and engineering teams.
- 02Partner with Sales and Solutions Engineering on solution design, demonstrations, workshops, technical validation, and proofs of concept.
- 03Translate customer requirements into clear architectures, deployment plans, success criteria, and implementation milestones.
- 04Own the transition from pre-sales solution design into post-sales deployment and adoption.
- 05Serve as the primary technical partner during implementation, coordinating customer stakeholders and internal Product, Engineering, Security, and GTM teams.
- 06Build and troubleshoot integrations involving APIs, agents, security tools, cloud platforms, data sources, and enterprise workflows.
- 07Identify deployment risks, technical blockers, and product gaps, and drive them toward resolution.
- 08Help customers establish evaluation frameworks, governance controls, guardrails, monitoring, and human-review processes.
- 09Measure adoption and business impact, ensuring deployed solutions deliver meaningful security outcomes.
- 10Turn successful customer deployments into reusable architectures, playbooks, demonstrations, and best practices.
Требования
- 01Have experience spanning both pre-sales solutions engineering and post-sales implementation, professional services, or technical deployment.
- 02Bring hands-on cybersecurity expertise across areas such as AppSec, DevSecOps, cloud security, SOC, incident response, vulnerability management, identity, or security architecture.
- 03Can lead executive-level technical conversations while remaining comfortable building, integrating, and troubleshooting solutions.
- 04Have experience scoping pilots, defining success criteria, and moving technical evaluations into production deployments.
- 05Communicate effectively across customer, sales, product, engineering, and security teams.
- 06Enjoy operating in ambiguous environments and taking ownership from initial discovery through measurable customer adoption.
