Обязанности

01Design, build, test, and deploy scalable backend services that power Robinhood Wallet
02Develop product-facing features and platform enhancements that meet strict correctness and scalability standards
03Identify and implement improvements to system performance, engineering productivity, and risk reduction
04Collaborate closely with client teams, product managers, designers, and external vendors to deliver reliable technical solutions
05Build and own the backend services, infrastructure, and data systems that support Robinhood Wallet products
06Develop new features and system enhancements to deliver a highly secure and efficient trading experience for cryptocurrencies and tokenized stocks, including perpetual futures, to customers worldwide
07Design scalable architectures and maintain high-quality codebases
08Collaborate with other engineering teams to guide key technical decisions and raise the team's engineering standards

012+ years of experience in software development
02Expertise in backend development using languages such as Go, Python, or Java, with deep knowledge of cloud-native architectures
03Strong grasp of system design, data modeling, and software engineering fundamentals
04Proven ability to simplify complex problems, make sound tradeoffs, and drive alignment across product, engineering, and design teams
05Strong sense of personal accountability with a track record of delivering successful, end-to-end products and raising team-wide technical standards
06Experience working for a DeFi protocol, a crypto wallet company, or another blockchain-related company (bonus)
07Familiarity with technologies like EVM blockchains and smart contracts (bonus)

01Based in Toronto, ON office(s), with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week
