Обязанности

01Design, build, test, and deploy scalable backend services that power Robinhood Wallet
02Develop product-facing features and platform enhancements that meet strict correctness and scalability standards
03Identify and implement improvements to system performance, engineering productivity, and risk reduction
04Collaborate closely with client teams, product managers, designers, and external vendors to deliver reliable technical solutions
05Mentor other engineers and raise the technical standards of the team through design reviews, architecture discussions, and hands-on leadership

015+ years of experience in software development
02Expertise in backend development using languages such as Go, Python, or Java, with deep knowledge of cloud-native architectures
03Strong grasp of system design, data modeling, and software engineering fundamentals
04Proven ability to simplify complex problems, make sound tradeoffs, and drive alignment across product, engineering, and design teams
05Strong sense of personal accountability with a track record of delivering high-quality, end-to-end products and raising team-wide technical standards

01Role is based in our Toronto, ON office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week
