01Define and drive the vision and roadmap for a new product experience, from concept through launch
02Set the vision for how this connects stays, experiences, payments, trust, and support into one journey
03Make prioritization calls that balance the needs of guests, hosts, and the business
04Partner with brand and marketing to shape how the product is introduced and talked about
05Bring together teams from across Airbnb around a shared plan
06Launch in stages, learn from each step, and refine as the product grows
07Stay close to guests and hosts, using research, data, and market signals to sharpen strategy
08Translate complex trade-offs into clear decisions for teams and concise narratives for leadership

0110+ years of product management experience, ideally including consumer products people love
02A track record of owning ambitious, cross-functional work end to end, from vision through launch
03Comfort building something new, where the path is not yet defined and decisions carry weight
04Sound judgment on trade-offs, and the ability to make prioritization calls when goals compete
05A strong sense of brand and storytelling, and an eye for what makes an experience feel special
06Comfort working through trust, privacy, and policy questions at scale
07Clear, structured communication, and the credibility to align partners and leaders around a shared vision
08A bias toward action and steady progress, even when the path is not fully mapped
