Обязанности

01Deliver a regular read on the ground truth in RL research, covering performance against baselines, experiment results, day-to-day health, and incidents
02Work with RL org leads on prioritizing, ranking, and tracking the state of experiments
03Drive research reviews end to end in partnership with set the agenda, make sure the right context is in the room ahead of time, and close the loop on what gets decided
04Establish processes and frameworks that bring structure to an unstructured research setting without slowing researchers down
05Collaborate with research leads, infrastructure engineers, and data operations to identify blockers, prioritize competing needs, and make technical trade-off decisions

01Have a background in ML engineering or ML research before transitioning to technical program management
02Have deep, hands-on experience with ML training pipelines, RLHF systems, and large-scale data infrastructure in production
03Have a track record of building execution plans and inventing high-leverage processes that reduce operational overhead and let researchers focus on research
04Are a fast learner who builds deep contextual understanding in unfamiliar technical domains and can contribute meaningfully to discussions with researchers
05Are resourceful, high-agency, and able to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities to drive progress in a fast-moving research setting
06Have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior technical staff through clarity, competence, and consistent delivery
07Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
08Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience

01Annual Salary: $365,000 — $435,000 USD
02Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time
