Обязанности
- 01Build, maintain, and improve the algorithms and systems that researchers use to train models
- 02Improve the speed, reliability, and ease-of-use of finetuning systems
- 03Profile the reinforcement learning pipeline to find opportunities for improvement
- 04Build systems to regularly launch training jobs in a test environment for problem detection
- 05Make changes to finetuning systems to work on new model architectures
- 06Build instrumentation to detect and eliminate Python GIL contention in training code
- 07Diagnose and fix issues causing training runs to slow down
- 08Implement stable, fast versions of new training algorithms proposed by researchers
Требования
- 014+ years of software engineering experience
- 02Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
- 03Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Условия
- 01Annual Salary: $500,000 — $850,000 USD
- 02Location-based hybrid policy: In office at least 25% of the time
- 03Visa sponsorship is available for some roles
