Обязанности
- 01Build agentic tooling and workflows for GTM teams (SDR prospecting, Solutions discovery, channel partner execution)
- 02Own the GTM data platform: define data contracts, schemas, and pipelines
- 03Own account scoring, routing, and assignment systems
- 04Drive net new data acquisitions for agent reasoning
- 05Ensure data feeding AI tools is accurate and trustworthy
- 06Build systems flexible enough to serve every GTM motion
- 07Define evaluation frameworks, feedback systems, and dashboards for adoption and impact
- 08Instrument, iterate, and close the feedback loop to improve the system
Требования
- 011–3 years of product experience, or 3 - 5 years of total experience in a role that built real judgment (e.g., banking, consulting, deployment strategy, agent PM, GTM operator, founder)
- 02Deep hands-on experience building with AI: prototyped, shipped, and iterated on AI tools or agents
- 03Technical fluency with modern AI coding harnesses (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex)
- 04Working knowledge of core LLM concepts (prompting, embeddings, retrieval, evals)
- 05Comfortable in SQL and confident reading data
- 06Curious systems thinker who learns fast and defaults to building
- 07Comfort with 0-to-1 ambiguity
- 08Scrappy, opinionated, and low-ego
