Обязанности
- 01Owning and delivering quarterly goals for the team
- 02Leading engineers through ambiguity to solve open-ended problems
- 03Supporting peers and stakeholders in the product development lifecycle
- 04Proactively identifying project, process, technology or business issues and leading in solving them
- 05Supporting the operations and availability of the team’s artifacts by creating and monitoring metrics
- 06Fostering a culture of quality and ownership on the team
- 07Helping develop talent on the team by providing feedback and guidance
Требования
- 01Total of 4+ years of experience as a software engineer
- 02Experience in designing, developing and launching backend systems at scale
- 03Experience shipping web apps using declarative UI frameworks
- 04Practical use of LLMs or AI frameworks to enhance automation
- 05Experience defining a technical plan for the delivery of a significant feature or system component
- 06Proficient at making significant changes in a large code base
- 07Takes ownership of growth, proactively seeking feedback
- 08Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 09Equivalent practical experience or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field

- 02Equity Grade - 9
- 03Base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) per year: $195,000 - $255,000 USD
- 04Base pay range (all other U.S. states) per year: $173,000 - $233,000 USD
