Обязанности
- 01Work with other Stripe leaders to author Stripe’s card payments strategy
- 02Develop engineers on the team, helping them advance in their careers
- 03Empower the engineering team to achieve a high level of technical productivity, reliability and simplicity
- 04Manage processes to help the team do its best work and interface effectively with the rest of Stripe
- 05Contribute to engineering-wide initiatives as a member of Stripe’s engineering management team
- 06Recruit great engineers, in collaboration with Stripe’s recruiting team
Требования
- 013+ years of experience in an engineering management role
- 028+ years of full-time software development experience
- 03Demonstrated track record of successfully hiring, developing, and mentoring engineers
- 04Ability to lead by example in fast-paced, high-impact, and ambiguous environments
- 05Commitment to high operational rigor when working with production systems
- 06Experience building extensible software solutions that scale with business growth
- 07Adept at thriving in a collaborative, cross-functional, and cross-timezone environment, while fostering a positive team culture
