Обязанности

01Enable the team to work with a wide range of systems, processes, and technologies to own and solve problems from end-to-end
02Support the engineering team in building experiences for businesses that range from high growth startups to leading global companies providing them with the tools so they can run their business
03Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization such as product, design, infrastructure, marketing and operations
04Lead and manage processes to help the team do its best work and engage effectively with the rest of Stripe
05Recruit great engineers, in collaboration with Stripe's recruiting team
06Develop engineers on the team, helping them advance in their careers
07Contribute to engineering-wide initiatives as a member of Stripe's engineering management team

01At least 3+ years of experience building and managing a team or teams to ship high-quality products
02Have a strong technical background as a contributor, including 4+ years of industry experience building user facing products
03Have experience in designing backend services as well as full stack experiences
04Work effectively cross-functionally and are able to think rigorously, communicate effectively, and make or coordinate hard decisions and trade-offs
05Thrives with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility in an ambiguous environment
06Technical acumen to drive clarity with senior engineers about architecture and technical strategic decisions
07Encourage a healthy and inclusive work environment that's both challenging and supportive
08Care deeply about mentorship and growing engineers
