• 01Design, build, and operate AWS-based cloud infrastructure and platform services
• 02Create reusable internal platform capabilities that improve how engineers build, deploy, and operate services
• 03Work across AWS, Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD, observability, and distributed systems
• 04Partner with product engineering to identify recurring needs and turn them into scalable platform solutions
• 05Evaluate system interactions, identify risks or inefficiencies, and drive improvements
• 06Improve reliability, performance, availability, and maintainability of production systems
• 07Define and promote platform practices (SLOs, monitoring, incident response, operational readiness)
• 08Instrument, debug, and improve services and infrastructure (including TypeScript services)
• 09Lead technical initiatives from problem definition through delivery and adoption
• 10Communicate tradeoffs, risks, and progress to engineering stakeholders
• 11Mentor engineers on building reliable, scalable systems
• 12Participate in on-call and incident response

Требования

• 015+ years of software or infrastructure engineering experience
• 02Deep AWS experience in production environments
• 03Experience with cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and system design
• 04Experience building internal platforms, developer tooling, or shared services
• 05Hands-on Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code experience (Terraform a plus)
• 06Strong programming skills and ability to debug production systems (TypeScript a plus)
• 07Experience with CI/CD and automated deployment workflows
• 08Experience with observability (metrics, logs, traces, alerting, SLOs)
• 09Ability to reason across complex systems and understand cross-component interactions
• 10Experience leading technical initiatives with multiple stakeholders
• 11Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
