• 01Own and operate the AWS and Kubernetes platform: reliability, cost, and performance are your responsibility
• 02Lead GitOps deployments: sync policies, deployment ordering, and configuration management
• 03Own CI/CD end-to-end: design and maintain GitLab pipelines including shell and Docker runner management, automating promotion across local development, stage, and production
• 04Own incident response for the platform: diagnose failures, lead recovery, and document post-mortems
• 05Establish platform observability for analytics business consulting: monitoring, alerting, and log visibility
• 06Maintain security baselines, access controls, and secrets management

Требования

• 015+ years hands-on platform engineering experience with a strong focus on automation, tooling, and building distributed, scalable systems
• 023+ years on AWS and Kubernetes specifically EKS and Kubernetes: production workload management including RBAC and IRSA
• 03Expert-level GitLab CI/CD: including shell and Docker runner management, strong Bash scripting for deployment orchestration
• 04ArgoCD and GitOps: production experience managing workloads across environments
• 05Proficiency with Terraform as the primary Infrastructure as Code tool
• 06AWS fluency: Lambda, ALB, WAF, CloudFront, Cognito, Secrets Manager, Route53, KMS, ECR, VPC networking and public-facing application hosting
• 07Working knowledge of security baselines and compliance-oriented infrastructure design
