• 01Own our content-led AEO/SEO strategy, defining the prompts, topics, formats, and ecosystems that drive measurable growth in traffic, visibility, and pipeline
• 02Identify and prioritize high-impact content opportunities across product areas, influencing cross-functional teams to bring that content to life
• 03Map and optimize our presence across the full ecosystem of LLM-ingested content, including YouTube, Reddit, and review sites, to improve AI-driven discoverability
• 04Design and execute a comprehensive off-page strategy, including link acquisition, digital PR, and authority-building initiatives
• 05Own technical execution — site architecture, crawlability, structured data, and page performance — partnering with web development teams to ensure content is effectively surfaced, indexed, and performant
• 06Build net new and repurposed content workflows, leveraging AI tools to accelerate scale and time to production
• 07Lead the relationship with our agency, setting the brief, holding the work to a high bar, and course-correcting as the search landscape shifts
• 08Evaluate emerging trends in search, AI, content consumption, and digital discovery, translating market shifts into strategic opportunities
• 09Track and report on organic performance (both SEO and AEO), translating traffic, visibility, and pipeline data into a clear narrative for leadership

Требования

• 01A proven track record of growing qualified organic traffic and visibility through content strategy and creation
• 02A demonstrated point of view on modern organic growth, with a proven ability to anticipate and capitalize on shifts in search, AI/LLM, and digital discovery
• 03Experience creating technical content across multiple platforms and channels (YouTube, social, review sites, etc)
• 04Strong technical AEO/SEO fundamentals: site architecture, crawlability and indexation (including access for AI crawlers), structured data and schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and content formatting
• 05Analytical mindset and comfortable pulling reports, diagnosing performance shifts, and quantifying opportunities
• 06Hands-on experience using AEO/SEO tools such as Conductor and Profound to drive strategy
• 07Hands-on experience managing an agency relationship
