• 01Serve as the primary technical owner for customer engagements from initial discovery through production rollout
• 02Understand each customer's architecture, constraints, and definition of success, and drive toward that outcome
• 03Manage expectations, communicate risks clearly, and help customers navigate technical decisions with confidence
• 04Build the connectors, pipelines, and supporting tooling needed to make the platform work inside real enterprise environments
• 05Write production-quality code, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes directly in active workstreams
• 06Work effectively within customer environments that have different stacks, infrastructure, and integration constraints
• 07Capture product feedback with precision, including logs, reproduction steps, and a clear proposed path forward
• 08Use customer engagements to identify product gaps, surface recurring patterns, and help improve the product roadmap
• 09Document technical decisions and tradeoffs clearly so product and engineering teams can extend the work
• 10Partner closely with product and engineering teams to help turn field patterns into reusable product capabilities
• 11Contribute directly in focused workstreams by helping drive technical design, implementation, and delivery
• 12Make sound engineering decisions under pressure while building and iterating quickly
• 13Coordinate independently across internal teams and customer stakeholders to keep delivery moving
• 14Communicate clearly across technical, business, and executive audiences

Требования

• 015 - 8 years of engineering experience required
• 02Hands-on production engineering experience, including writing code, debugging failures, and implementing fixes directly
• 03Engineering experience in AI and agentic development
• 04Experience with developing and deploying software within enterprise environments
• 05Experience shipping production solutions at scale that customers relied on
• 06Experience building integrations across existing systems and infrastructure
• 07Strong troubleshooting and code review skills, including the ability to identify root causes and drive resolution
• 08Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% to customer sites as needed for on-site engagements, technical reviews, and presentations
• 09Experience with LLMs, agent frameworks, or deploying AI systems in production
• 10Prior experience in an FDE or similar forward-deployed engineering role
