Обязанности
- 01Own the Core Experience End-to-End: You will architect and build complex, user-facing features across our primary translation products . Whether you are building the UI for the Customization Hub, engineering the backend logic to parse and translate complex document formats (PDF, Word, PowerPoint) without losing formatting, or integrating DeepL directly into enterprise workflows, you own the outcome.
- 02Build for "Consumer-Grade" Enterprise: You will solve a unique product challenge: building an interface that feels instant and magical for a B2C user, but is powerful enough to handle the complex, multi-party collaboration and localization workflows required by enterprise teams.
- 03Architect for Ambiguity: You will make high-stakes technical decisions regarding state management, API integrations, and performance. You don't wait for perfect requirements; you prototype, measure user friction, and iterate fast .
- 04Bridge the Gap: You are bilingual in "Engineering" and "Business." You will collaborate closely with Research, Product, and Design teams to translate complex AI constraints into an intuitive UX . You will help win market trust by building transparency and performance metrics directly into the product.
- 05AI-Native Velocity: You leverage AI-powered tools (like GitHub Copilot or Claude) to accelerate your velocity and eliminate repetitive toil. You use AI for boilerplate code, test generation, and debugging, allowing you to focus your cognitive energy on high-value architectural decisions and complex problem-solving.
Требования
- 01A "Product-First" Mindset: You care deeply about who uses your software. You ask "Why are we building this?" before writing a line of code. You measure success by user adoption and reduced friction, not just pull requests merged.
- 02Full-Stack Fluency: You're a full-stack engineer whose strengths lean heavily backend, with hands-on experience in C# and Python, and you're comfortable with JavaScript-based rendering and front-end work when needed.
- 03High Agency & Bias for Action: You don't wait for permission. If you see a performance bottleneck in the translation flow, you profile it. If the documentation for a new API is missing, you write it . You are comfortable unblocking yourself and your team.
- 04A "System Thinker" for UI/UX: You understand that a simple UI often hides massive backend complexity. You know how to design systems that handle large document states, manage complex terminology rules (Glossaries), and maintain high performance in the browser.
- 05Bonus points if you have: experience with visual/image processing models for document analysis, prior work on OCR or document layout understanding, experience integrating with legacy enterprise systems such as SAP, or experience building products for both B2C and enterprise customers.
