Обязанности
- 01Own the end-to-end strategy for enterprise expense management
- 02Unify documentation, policy, compliance, approvals, substantiation, audit, and ERP readiness
- 03Define the systems, data models, configurations, and controls complex enterprises require
- 04Align specialized product teams around the complete expense lifecycle
- 05Use AI to automate routine work and route only judgment-heavy exceptions to people
- 06Partner with Design to make sophisticated enterprise workflows intuitive
- 07Align Engineering, Design, Risk, Compliance, Accounting, Sales, and Customer Success around enterprise outcomes
- 08Own adoption, workflow completion, manual-work reduction, close speed, retention, and software revenue
Требования
- 01A track record of leading complex enterprise workflow or systems products
- 02Strong technical fluency in backend systems, data models, integrations, and configurable product architecture
- 03Experience supporting extensive customer permutations without sacrificing usability
- 04Ability to unite multiple domains under one strategy and operating model
- 05Strong customer and Design judgment across employee, manager, finance, and accounting experiences
- 06Concrete judgment about where AI should remove work and where human review matters
- 07Strong cross-functional influence and an understanding of how product capabilities affect enterprise sales and adoption
- 08Expense management experience is preferred; accounting, ERP, procurement, compliance, or adjacent enterprise-software experience can substitute
Условия
- 01Expected salary range $240,000 - $300,000
- 02Hybrid environment with minimum of three coordinated days in office per week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday)
- 03Up to four weeks per year of fully remote work
- 04Based in San Francisco, Seattle, or New York office
- 05Equity and other forms of compensation may be provided
