- 01Drive the program that takes Pinterest's Agent Platform from MVP to a fully productized, self-serve platform — partnering with engineering, security, and product stakeholders to make it simple, safe, and fast for any team to ship an AI agent.
- 02Own execution of the Agent Platform roadmap across Agent Foundations, Discovery & Governance, Quality/Trust/Privacy, Token Entitlements, and Adoption & Operations.
- 03Translate strategic bets (Managed vs. Self-Managed platform design, harness standardization, cost governance) into sequenced execution plans, and be accountable for driving them to completion.
- 04Execute at both breadth and depth — at breadth by understanding the full platform surface area, and at depth by driving the nitty-gritty details with individual component owners.
- 05Be a thought partner to engineering leadership on platform architecture and roadmap decisions during quarterly and annual planning.
- 06Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Security, Data Science, and Product to turn ambiguous platform gaps (ownership, governance, enforcement) into actionable outcomes.
- 07Define and institutionalize the operating model for component ownership, on-call, and production-readiness review as the platform scales.
- 08Build effective, transparent communication channels to report platform status, risk, and adoption metrics to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
- 09Own the success of the Agent Platform program, ensuring delivery of measurable outcomes (Platform Adoption, Time-to-Value, Developer NPS) through rigorous planning, execution, and accountability.
- 10Mentor others and elevate organizational impact by creating and institutionalizing best practices, tools, and methodologies for AI platform program management.

- 015+ years of experience as a technical program manager, or related experience.
- 02Track record of leading and delivering complex, multi-year initiatives that span multiple teams.

- 04Strong understanding of, or demonstrated ability to quickly ramp on, modern AI/agent infrastructure — LLM serving, agent harnesses, evals, observability, and MCP.

- 06Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; ability to mitigate risk through innovative approaches.
- 07Track record of successfully influencing executive leadership and representing program interests at the highest levels.
- 08Ability to drive strategic vision by analyzing organizational context, anticipating future scenarios, and shaping program roadmaps aligned with company-level strategy and OKRs.
- 09Demonstrated experience creating and driving efficient, scalable processes and best practices that enable organizational agility and operational excellence at scale.
- 10Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to influence, build consensus, and collaborate with diverse teams.
