01Drive delivery of cross-team programs that support one or more Technical Solutions teams — coordinating stakeholders, dependencies, and timelines to keep work on track from kickoff through delivery
02Partner with team leads, subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate program goals into clear, actionable plans, and document scope, timeline, and quality expectations along the way
03Establish and maintain program management fundamentals — project trackers, status updates, risk logs — so stakeholders always have visibility into progress and blockers
04Identify unclear or incomplete requirements early and bring structure to ambiguous problems, escalating only when needed to keep execution on track
05Use data to track progress against milestones, surface risks, and guide decisions; adjust plans as circumstances change
06Apply AI tools to streamline your own program management workflows — synthesizing updates, surfacing patterns in program data, or accelerating documentation — and help identify where AI can improve processes for the teams you support
07Communicate program status, risks, and impact clearly to stakeholders at different levels, adapting your message for technical and non-technical audiences
08Look for opportunities to improve how programs and processes run, and contribute ideas that make execution more efficient over time

013-5 years of experience leading technical programs in a SaaS or technical environment, ideally including cross-team or cross-functional initiatives
02Experience supporting customer-facing or technical support functions is a plus
03Comfortable driving moderately complex, cross-team initiatives independently, with the judgment to seek guidance on larger or more ambiguous efforts
04Solid foundation in project scoping, timeline management, and risk management; PMP, Agile training, or equivalent certification preferred
05Tracks progress against established metrics and uses data to guide decisions, report status, and identify risks early
06Able to convey project status and ideas concisely to a range of audiences, from peers to senior stakeholders, adapting the level of detail as needed
07Builds trust through consistent delivery; works constructively across teams to resolve differing viewpoints and unblock progress
08Able to identify unclear requirements, ask the right questions, and bring structure to partially-defined problems
09Uses AI tools confidently in day-to-day program work and can evaluate where AI can be responsibly and effectively applied to improve program processes
10Developing skill in giving constructive, empathetic feedback; may support the onboarding or mentorship of newer team members
11Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent industry experience
