- 01Recruit, hire, coach, and retain a high-performing team of Customer Engineers
- 02Partner directly with Regional Sales Leadership to align technical resources with high-impact pipeline opportunities
- 03Oversee the technical health, onboarding, and long-term platform adoption of your team’s account portfolio
- 04Track and manage team performance against variable quotas, SaaS adoption metrics, and time-to-value milestones
- 05Champion the integration of internal AI tools and automated workflows across your team to reduce administrative friction
- 06Serve as the strategic bridge between your field team and Cloudflare’s Product, Engineering, and Customer Success organizations
Требования
- 015+ years of experience managing, leading, or mentoring customer-facing technical teams
- 02Strong background in web security, networking protocols (DNS, routing, DDoS mitigation), cloud infrastructure, and enterprise SaaS architecture
- 03Proven track record of success in a revenue-aligned or quota-carrying organization
- 04Experience using telemetry, data, and health metrics to manage team performance
- 05Exceptional executive presence and communication skills
