Обязанности
- 01Lead the design and implementation of Smartsheet's next-generation architecture
- 02Define and drive architecture strategy, making key technical decisions
- 03Review and guide technical project designs, providing feedback during design review presentations
- 04Take ownership of cross-functional technical initiatives, aligning teams around common architectural goals
- 05Foster strong technical leadership, mentoring senior engineers and influencing best practices
- 06Lead deployment reviews for high-impact projects
- 07Collaborate closely with product management and other business stakeholders
- 08Advocate for quality and operational excellence, ensuring systems are monitored, tested, and maintained
Требования
- 01Proven experience in system architecture and design of scalable, high-availability systems
- 02Deep understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and microservices
- 03Strong experience in leading large-scale architectural transformations
- 04Expertise in web application development, data structures, and object-oriented design
- 05Track record of mentoring senior engineers
- 06Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 07Experience with cloud architectures and infrastructure at scale
- 08Database optimization for performance and scalability
- 09Ability to work autonomously, driving initiatives forward
- 10Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- 11Legally eligible to work in Bulgaria on an ongoing basis
- 12Fluency in English is required
