- 01Build capabilities to empower the world's largest companies to transform their approach to work
- 02Guide teams that own the grid ecosystem - defining how data linking, synchronization, and grid infrastructure evolve as a cohesive platform
- 03Ensure architectural decisions are coherent and avoid fragmentation
- 04Be accountable for the availability and performance of foundational services that other teams depend on
- 05Drive a high bar for on-call health, incident response, and SLA/SLO definition across all the services
- 06Manage cross-pillar/cross-domain dependencies, negotiate API contracts, and prevent the grid ecosystem from becoming a delivery bottleneck
- 07Balance the needs of user-facing product features with infrastructural stability and operational health
- 08Ensure career growth paths are clear for engineers
- 09Develop a strong sense of customer centricity and pillar identity for your teams
- 10Be at the forefront of AI adoption for delivery and operations, leaning in and helping the team leverage AI for optimum delivery
- 11Advocate for the culture and processes required to maintain smooth high-quality delivery
- 12Evaluate, prototype, and introduce the latest tools and strategies
- 13Provide coaching and leadership in software best practices, automated test strategies, and work toward flattening the cost of change curve for our software services
Требования
- 014+ years microservice web application development
- 0210+ years of combined system architecture experience across multiple languages and frameworks
- 033+ years experience managing software organizations with >25 people
- 04Experience with tools such as CloudFormation, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, Elastic Load Balancing, API Gateway, AWS Lambda, EC2, Route 53, etc.
- 05Experience with NoSQL, Relational Databases, Object Store architectures across globally replicated cloud instances
- 06Experience partnering with product management on roadmap prioritization, pricing/packaging, and customer adoption
- 07Experience building autoscaling, distributed systems
- 08BS in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
- 09Strong Computer Science fundamentals in API design, data structures, and algorithms
- 10Training and experience with Agile and Lean methodologies
- 11Legally eligible to work in India on an ongoing basis
- 12Fluency in English is required
