• 01Architect, develop, debug, and test customer facing firmware features written in C/C++ and Golang for Samsara's cloud-connected hardware platform
• 02Build IOT products for the long term and support our 1.5+ million devices in the field
• 03Design and develop our internal observability discipline to ensure the health of our firmware rollouts
• 04Champion, role model, and embed Samsara's cultural principles as we scale globally and across new offices

• 018+ years of professional industry experience in software development
• 02Experiencing with large scale observability for production systems
• 03Experience with developing and shipping production code
• 04Experience with building and monitoring metrics during firmware rollout
• 05Experience triaging and assessing incoming customer and QA found issues
• 06Bachelors or masters in computer science, engineering or similar

Условия

• 01Annual Base Salary $154,700 — $208,000 USD
• 02This role is open to candidates residing in the US except Alaska, Austin Metro, Boulder Metro, California, Chicago Metro, Connecticut, Dallas Metro, Denver Metro, Houston Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Seattle Metro, and Washington, D.C.
