Senior Software Engineer II - Web Experience

Обязанности
- 01Help shape the technical direction of the Web Experience platform, including the full-stack systems, shared patterns, and AI-powered product experiences
- 02Design and build end-to-end features that bring AI into real product workflows, spanning customer-facing experiences, backend services, and supporting infrastructure
- 03Scale the systems and foundations behind the web experience to support growth in product usage and AI adoption
- 04Standardize patterns and raise the technical bar through code reviews, design discussions, mentorship, and collaboration
- 05Partner with engineering and product leadership on high-leverage bets and help build a team culture
Требования
- 01Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 028+ years building software with strong programming and design fundamentals
- 034+ years working on large-scale distributed systems
- 044+ years leading technical projects across multiple teams
- 05Experience building developer platforms, internal tooling, or CI/CD for a large engineering org
- 06Shipped real work with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, custom agents)
- 07Strong skills in Go, Python, TypeScript, or a similar language
- 08A track record of making engineers measurably faster
- 09Comfort working in ambiguity and getting teams aligned without formal authority
Условия
- 01Remote position open to candidates residing in the US
- 02Annual Base Salary $154,700 – $260,000 USD
- 03Initial RSU grant with no vesting cliff
