Обязанности
- 01Own the technical proof system for enterprise sales
- 02Build POC playbooks for priority plays: Agent Platform, Composable Commerce, Web Performance, v0 Enterprise, AI Gateway
- 03Define success criteria, baseline to target metrics, owners, and weekly readouts
- 04Create 'POC in production' paths where feasible
- 05Standardize proof artifacts: benchmarks, reference architectures, migration diagrams, security responses
- 06Partner with Field Engineering to improve POC discipline and consistency
- 07Build Competitive Intelligence
- 08Create architecture-level positioning for Infrastructure and AI platform competitors
- 09Define 'where we win' and 'where we do not fit' with technical evidence
- 10Build persona-specific problem libraries with proof metrics
- 11Feed win and loss insights into plays and product feedback
- 12Translate Product to Field Readiness
- 13Convert launches into field-ready assets within one sprint: demos, architectures, proof plans, objection handling
- 14Build AE Technical Fluency Program: architecture, AI infrastructure, consumption models
- 15Enable AEs to lead technical conversations without SE dependency in early stages
- 16Feed field insights back to Product and Engineering
- 17Raise the SE Org Floor
- 18Build structured technical discovery playbooks
- 19Define technical stage gates and required proof artifacts
- 20Run peer-led deal deconstructions
- 21Create coaching tools for SE managers: proof quality, scoping, intervention points
- 22Enable AI-Native Technical Selling
- 23Own technical narrative for Agent Platform, AI Gateway, AI SDK, v0
- 24Build benchmarks, simulations, and reference architectures for AI use cases
- 25Define migration paths from legacy and hyperscaler systems
- 26Model AI-native workflows and drive adoption across SE org

- 01Distinguished performance as a Solutions Engineer (SE), including experience in complex deals
- 02Deep technical fluency in architecture, AI infrastructure, and competitor offerings

- 06The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $189,000 - $231,000
- 07Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location
- 08Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location
- 09The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program
- 10In-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday for those within commuting distance of SF, NY, or Austin offices
- 11Fully remote for those beyond commuting distance
