• 01Partners with engineering, product marketing, design, community support, and other cross functional teams to deliver software product programs with the highest quality and on schedule
• 02Understands dependencies across functions to optimize the overall system and deliver the highest quality offerings at scale
• 03Anticipates upcoming risks and issues and develops risk mitigation strategies proactively in a fast pace environment
• 04Develops program plans that are unique to each initiative and require strategic thinking
• 05Operates at a variety of altitudes by tailoring communication style and approach
• 06Expert collaborator that is able to understand consumer, technology, and design
• 07Goes beyond status reporting to drive issues to resolution
• 08Understands best practices, drives improvements, and focuses on simplification

Требования

• 018+ years of experience in a combination of program management, product management, or business operations managing sophisticated software product programs from end to end in a creative-led, fast paced environment
• 02Strong product and/or technology experience including product management or engineering (software preferred)
• 03Demonstrated ability of shipping software products at global scale having overcome a variety of challenges
• 04Critical thinking skills to develop bespoke program plans that are custom to the needs of the specific program
• 05World-class verbal and written communication skills that can simplify complex topics
• 06Exceptional influencing and presentation skills
• 07Proven ability to build strong relationships and be a trusted agent for change with business leaders (up to the executive level)
• 08Track record for successfully managing ambitious and operationally complex projects with cross-functional teams across product development, product marketing, design, marketing, and operations
• 09Thrives in ambiguity in a fast-paced, hyper-growth organization

• 02Base pay range: $180,000 — $222,000 USD
• 03Role may be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits
