Обязанности
- 01Lead the development and global implementation of Corporate Security programs, runbooks, SOPs, and decision-making frameworks
- 02Oversee and coordinate initiatives across all Corporate Security pillars, ensuring seamless communication, accountability, and documentation
- 03Manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously, ensuring milestones are met and outcomes are aligned with strategic security and business objectives
- 04Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for security protection programs to ensure accountability and continuous improvement
- 05Partner with internal teams, Legal, REW, IT, People, and Communications, to ensure operational readiness, compliance, and integration with organizational priorities
- 06Coordinate security vendor and contract-service programs, including documentation, stakeholder alignment, service expectations, and operational follow-through
- 07Collaborate with Global Ops and Protection teams to develop and scale programs supporting Corporate Security initiatives and driving consistent planning, governance, and operational readiness across the organization
- 08Develop and manage documentation, communications, and training materials that strengthen awareness, preparedness, and operational consistency
- 09Identify and drive opportunities to scale and improve operational efficiency through process optimization and technology integration
- 10Contribute to the development of a resilient, inclusive, and high-performing security culture by mentoring team members and reinforcing best practices
- 11Support Corporate Security through procurement coordination ensuring timely acquisition of goods and services, accurate documentation, and alignment with internal financial policies
Требования
- 017+ years of relevant experience in security operations, program management, or a related discipline within corporate, government, or high-technology environments
- 02Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs that span geographies and disciplines
- 03Strong understanding of physical security systems, vendor management, and operational governance frameworks
- 04Demonstrated success developing and implementing SOPs and operational standards for diverse teams
- 05Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, timelines, and deliverables with precision and accountability
- 06Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of influencing and aligning cross-functional partners
- 07Experience building and scaling programs through process design, governance, and change management, creating operational structures that improve consistency, visibility, and execution across teams
- 08A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges, manage ambiguity, and deliver results independently
- 09A people-first approach to leadership and a commitment to fostering inclusion, mentorship, and operational excellence
- 10A high level of proficiency in Google Workspace
- 11Experience and aptitude using OpenAI’s Chat and Codex models
