- 02Grow visibility, citations, and sentiment in AI-generated answers and organic search, turning gains into business impact
- 03Publish 5x more content for GEO/AIO using AI agents and internal resources for deep, technical content
- 04Accelerate content publishing by creating clear workflows for GEO, content, and product marketing teams
- 05Establish a repeatable GEO experimentation program to improve AI citation rate, sentiment, engagement, and funnel performance
- 06Maintain technical health and AI crawlability of high-value pages
- 07Embed GEO best practices into content and campaign workflows
- 08Build an executive-ready reporting function connecting AI/SEO performance to business outcomes
- 09Create and socialize the Databricks GEO playbook for cross-functional teams
Требования
- 015–8 years of hands-on SEO experience, including 1–2+ years focused on AI search optimization, GEO/AIO, or answer engine strategies
- 02Strong technical SEO foundation in site architecture, crawlability, structured data, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and log file/crawl analysis
- 03Proven ability to design and run experimentation programs that deliver measurable lifts in search/AI performance and downstream KPIs
- 04Fluency with modern SEO, analytics, and GEO/AIO measurement tools
- 05Excellent written communication and editorial judgment for AI-generated and human-created content
- 06High learning agility and experimentation mindset in a rapidly changing space
- 07Strong cross-functional communication and influence skills

- 01Pay Range: Zone 1 $176,200 — $242,350 USD, Zone 2 $158,600 — $218,150 USD, Zone 3 $149,800 — $206,050 USD, Zone 4 $141,000 — $193,800 USD
- 02Compensation package may include performance bonus, equity, and benefits
