Обязанности

01Own and improve document management for the product and regulatory team
02Build and maintain regulatory monitoring practices
03Manage terms-of-service and policy update processes end-to-end
04Project-manage special projects and cross-functional initiatives
05Support responses to regulatory requests for information (RFIs) and audits
06Develop and maintain internal playbooks, process documentation, and communications
07Coordinate with Product, Trust & Safety, and Engineering to keep operational controls and reporting processes on track
08Identify operational gaps and drive continuous improvement

015+ years' experience in operations, program management, or legal operations in a tech, digital-platform, or media environment
02Familiarity with online-platform regulation (DMA, DSA, UK OSA, AUS OSA, COPPA) is a plus
03Proven project manager who can juggle competing deadlines and drive programs to completion
04Excellent communicator who can brief senior stakeholders and keep cross-functional partners on track
05Resourceful and scrappy with ability to figure things out and build processes
06Skilled at document management, knowledge organization, and building operational infrastructure
07Comfortable working across global time zones and cultures in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
08Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Notion, or similar)
