• 01Define and evolve product strategy for your domain using customer insights, data, and long-term platform thinking
• 02Lead complex product initiatives from early discovery through delivery in partnership with engineering, machine learning, data science, and design teams
• 03Partner with machine learning engineers to shape model strategy, training data, evaluation frameworks, and human-in-the-loop systems
• 04Collaborate with stakeholders across Spotify to align priorities, influence roadmaps, and drive platform investments that create lasting value
• 05Make thoughtful product decisions by balancing customer needs, technical complexity, business priorities, and long-term platform health
• 06Champion platform safety, trust, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence as Spotify’s content ecosystem continues to grow
• 07Help teams prioritize work that delivers the greatest long-term impact while maintaining focus on strategic outcomes
• 08Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress clearly across technical and executive audiences

• 01You thrive in highly autonomous environments and enjoy turning ambiguity into clear product direction
• 02You have extensive experience leading product strategy and large cross-functional initiatives in complex environments, delivering measurable customer or business impact
• 03You make thoughtful product decisions and clearly communicate the reasoning, trade-offs, and outcomes behind them
• 04You think in systems and enjoy solving complex platform challenges that span multiple teams and technologies
• 05You have experience building long-term product strategies where every investment strengthens future platform capabilities
• 06You communicate effectively with technical teams, business partners, and senior leaders, building alignment across diverse stakeholders
• 07You have experience working alongside machine learning teams and understand concepts such as model evaluation, precision and recall, and responsible AI development
• 08You build trusted partnerships, collaborate with empathy, and create an environment where teams can do their best work
