Обязанности
- 01Architect and lead the technical strategy for our pricing and availability backend systems
- 02Lead the development and optimization of Airbnb’s core pricing and availability products
- 03Collaborate with product engineers and cross-functional partners to develop new host pricing functionality and calendar management tools
- 04Contribute to the long-term backend system architecture within the Host Pricing organization
- 05Champion engineering excellence by establishing architectural standards and mentoring senior engineers
Требования
- 019+ years of engineering experience with a BS/MS or PhD in CS or similar
- 02Proven track record of leading teams, setting technical strategy, and launching high-impact product features
- 03Expertise with backend systems in large-scale service-oriented architectures
- 04Experience influencing cross-functional partners and engineering teams
- 05Good judgment in making tradeoffs to balance short-term business needs with long-term technical quality
- 06Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills
- 07Strong problem-solving and production debugging abilities
Условия

- 02Role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites
- 03Must live in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity
- 04Base pay range $212,000 — $265,000 USD
- 05May be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits
