Обязанности
- 01Define and drive the technical vision for our platform with a product-first mindset
- 02Lead and contribute to the full development cycle: technical design, implementation, testing, experimentation, and deployment
- 03Participate in code and design reviews, offering constructive feedback to improve technical quality
- 04Mentor and provide technical guidance to engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning
- 05Collaborate with engineering, marketing, creative, and design to drive impactful outcomes
- 06Build an agentic platform to quickly create onsite (airbnb.com) and offsite (emails, push notifications) content in a no-code manner
Требования
- 0110+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
- 02Bachelor’s and/or Master/PhD’s degree, preferably in CS, or equivalent experience
- 03Expertise in backend systems with large-scale service-oriented architecture
- 04Hands on experience architecting and developing agentic systems
- 05Strong communication skills with experience driving initiatives that span across teams, departments, and leadership
- 06Passionate about efficiency, availability, and system quality
