Обязанности
- 01Drive workflow adoption and value realization for a book of named accounts
- 02Contribute directly to NRR with predictable renewal and expansion pipeline
- 03Partner closely with Solutions Consultants on strategy for expansion and renewal
- 04Define and maintain mutual success plans for AI Transformation and ROI demonstration
- 05Facilitate use-case consultations for continuous Solutions Design
- 06Identify opportunities to engage Services for complex implementation needs
- 07Learn Notion's product and AI ecosystem to help customers build durable systems
- 08Help build and deliver OA programs across Notion's install base
Требования
- 017+ years of experience driving customer adoption, value realization, renewals, or expansion within B2B software
- 02Strong customer-facing discovery instincts with ability to understand business problems and map workflows
- 03Technical fluency and presence as a trusted advisor
- 04Commercial awareness and ability to partner on renewal risk and expansion potential
- 05Ability to design workflows that drive usage-based consumption
- 06Strong program and stakeholder management skills
- 07Operate with agency, urgency, and customer empathy
- 08Obsessed with AI and constantly learning new ways of working

- 01Highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits
- 02Total on target earnings range $180,000-$240,000 for San Francisco based roles
- 03Onsite work location in New York
