Affirm Bank Strategic Finance Manager

Обязанности
- 01Build and lead the Bank strategic finance team, providing strategic direction, recruitment, and coaching
- 02Lead the end-to-end forecasting and budget process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- 03Perform rigorous financial analysis to inform strategic decision-making
- 04Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning, scenario analysis, and forecasting
- 05Oversee capital stress testing and ongoing monitoring
- 06Monitor performance against forecasts, diagnose variances, identify root causes, and provide forward-looking insights
- 07Provide decision support on strategic initiatives, evaluating trade-offs and P&L implications
- 08Partner closely with Affirm, Inc. cross-functional teams to integrate financial workflows
Требования
- 01Minimum 8+ years relevant experience in analytical roles (strategic finance, consulting, data science, or analytics)
- 02Minimum 5 years of people management experience
- 03Proven ability to operate with ownership and influence in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- 04Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- 05Strong business judgment with ability to connect detailed analyses to broader strategic context
- 06Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions across cross-functional teams
- 07Financial modeling proficiency
- 08Working knowledge of modeling tools and experience with data visualization tools preferred
- 09Familiarity with fintech, lending and payments business model preferred

- 01Base pay range: $185,000 - $245,000 (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) or $164,000 - $224,000 (other U.S. states)
