01Lead, coach, and develop a team of air operations specialists, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement
02Act as the primary escalation point for operational issues, ensuring fast and effective resolution
03Set clear expectations, support team growth, and help individuals perform at their best
04Oversee the full air shipment lifecycle from booking and pickup through to airline handover and final delivery
05Ensure all activities comply with Flexport's standards, local regulations, and international shipping requirements
06Maintain high data accuracy and timely milestone updates across Flexport systems to meet KPIs and SLAs
07Build and maintain strong partnerships with airlines, terminals, and trucking providers
08Monitor and review vendor performance, providing constructive feedback and solutions to improve service quality
09Collaborate closely with internal teams including planning, sales, customs, and destination offices for seamless end-to-end coordination
10Oversee billing accuracy and cost control, resolving invoice disputes promptly and effectively
11Identify workflow inefficiencies and drive process improvements that save time, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience
12Contribute to the development and implementation of new systems, workflows, and operational best practices

01Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
027+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations
032–3 years of leadership experience managing an operations team
04Strong knowledge of air export and import regulations in Cambodia
05Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken; Mandarin is a plus
06Hands-on, process-oriented, and structured thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities
07Strategic mindset balanced with ground-floor execution ability
08Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
09A compliance-first attitude — you understand the importance of operating within a heavily regulated industry
