Обязанности
- 01Design and build skills and agentic experiences that encode repeatable finance workflows using CoCo and CoWork
- 02Write and iterate on prompt & skill structures (YAML + Markdown skill files) based on output quality and stakeholder feedback
- 03Build skills that allows non-technical finance analysts to produce analyst-quality output in a single prompt
- 04Evaluate model outputs rigorously as the quality gate before anything reaches a finance stakeholder
- 05Build and maintain quarterly and weekly revenue summary pipelines
- 06Support sensitivity analysis models for quarterly business reviews & revenue forecast scenarios
- 07Produce ad-hoc analysis for deal desk operations
- 08Build and maintain the deal benchmarking and margin analysis tools used by deal desk managers in live negotiations
- 09Develop consumption and overage analytics for renewal planning
- 10Automate the quarterly deal desk reporting pack
- 11Build and iterate on AI skills (SKILL.md prompt files) that encode deal desk workflows
- 12Partner with deal desk managers to translate deal structure logic and pricing conventions into data models and AI agents
- 13Own semantic layers end-to-end including model design, versioning strategy, and accuracy iteration
- 14Develop and deploy production finance dashboards as Streamlit apps
- 15Build customer-facing demo applications for Sales and Field teams
- 16Apply reusable component patterns and shared utility libraries for consistent UI
- 17Participate in quarterly earnings cycle prep including scenario tooling and export automation
- 18Build and maintain source-of-truth reporting exports (multi-tab Excel, formatted to spec)
- 19Support ad-hoc disclosure and investor relations data needs during quarter-end

- 01AI-assisted development experience as a primary tool
- 02Ability to write prompts that produce production-ready output
- 03Ability to steer a model that's heading in the wrong direction
- 04Ability to encode domain logic into reusable, parameterized skills
- 05Measurable, trackable record of daily AI usage
- 06Prompt engineering and skill authoring capabilities
- 07Ability to write structured prompts (YAML + Markdown) that route correctly 95% of the time
- 08Ability to handle edge cases gracefully in prompts
- 09Ability to encode domain knowledge so the model behaves like a subject matter expert
- 10Understanding of context, instructions, examples, and output format in prompt design
- 11Python programming skills with modern, type-hinted, readable code
- 12Experience writing Python-based applications, data pipelines, and reporting automation
- 13Understanding of caching, session state, and multi-page app structure
