- 01Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement vision directly aligned to the company's strategic priorities
- 02Build multi-year sourcing strategies that enable key business goals and balance cost competitiveness, quality, service and speed
- 03Identify opportunities to leverage enterprise-wide purchasing power through strategic sourcing initiatives
- 04Support new products delivery through planning, model development and early procurement engagement
- 05Oversee procurement transformation initiatives, including process optimization and digital procurement technologies
- 06Enhance procurement policies, governance, and best practices that support operational excellence
- 07Lead execution of sourcing strategies for major spend categories tied to business goals
- 08Lead complex sourcing initiatives and competitive bid processes
- 09Evaluate supplier markets and industry trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
- 10Balance cost, quality, speed, innovation, sustainability, and supplier diversity within sourcing decisions
- 11Drive total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis for major purchasing decisions
- 12Develop strategic partnerships with key suppliers
- 13Establish supplier performance metrics, scorecards, and regular business reviews
- 14Lead executive-level supplier negotiations and contract renewals
- 15Identify supplier innovation opportunities that improve products, services, and operational efficiency
- 16Manage supplier risk through business continuity planning and performance monitoring
- 17Develop annual procurement targets and value creation initiatives tied to key business goals
- 18Analyze organizational spend to identify efficiencies and cost optimization opportunities
- 19Monitor procurement KPIs and report performance to executive leadership
- 20Support budgeting and financial planning through forecasting and market intelligence
- 21Ensure procurement decisions support both financial and operational objectives
- 22Develop procurement risk management strategies
- 23Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and internal policies
- 24Oversee contract management and supplier compliance programs
- 25Monitor external trends and market risks impacting procurement activities
- 26Partner with Legal, Finance, and Security on complex supplier agreements
- 27Continuous partnership with Finance and Business Unit leaders to align procurement strategies
- 28Influence business stakeholders to adopt strategic sourcing practices
- 29Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on procurement strategy and market conditions
- 30Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement team
- 31Foster a culture of strategic thinking, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- 32Build organizational procurement capabilities through training and professional development
Требования
- 01Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 0215+ years of progressive procurement or strategic sourcing experience, including 5+ years in a Director+ level role
- 03Demonstrated experience building and setting procurement strategy, sourcing and negotiating technology-specific spend categories, SaaS/software licensing, cloud infrastructure, IT hardware, marketing, and professional/consulting services
- 04Experience managing procurement in a high-growth or scaling tech company environment
- 05Track record managing significant technology and marketing spend portfolios
- 06Deep understanding of SaaS and cloud commercial models (subscription tiers, usage-based pricing, enterprise licensing agreements)
- 07Strong contract negotiation skills, including experience with software licensing terms, SLAs, data privacy/security clauses, and MSAs
- 08Familiarity with software asset management (SAM) and license optimization to reduce shelfware and maximize utilization
- 09Experience partnering with Engineering and IT teams to evaluate build-vs-buy decisions and vendor technical fit
- 10Proficiency with procurement/spend management platforms (e.g, Zip and Coupa) and familiarity with FinOps/cloud cost management tools
- 11Strong analytical skills, with ability to model TCO, ROI, and cost-benefit scenarios for technology investments
- 12Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence leaders, executives, and business teams alike
- 13Experience building scalable procurement processes and policies suited to fast-paced, agile organizations
- 14Strong understanding of data security, compliance, and vendor risk management (SOC 2, GDPR, etc.) as it relates to third-party technology vendors
- 15Comfortable operating in ambiguity and adapting procurement strategy as the technology roadmap evolves
- 16Collaborative, low-ego approach with a bias toward speed and pragmatism, balanced with strong financial discipline and governance
- 17CPSM, CPM, or CSCP certifications a plus
