Обязанности
- 01Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure the safety and security of our campuses
- 02Lead the emergency response program, including developing and conducting regular trainings and drills to ensure preparedness for various emergency situations
- 03Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local law enforcement agencies and emergency response organizations to facilitate collaboration and information sharing
- 04Oversee the management of security vendors, including contract negotiations, performance monitoring, and ensuring service level agreements are met
- 05Manage access control systems and procedures to ensure the appropriate levels of security are maintained while providing a seamless experience for employees and visitors
- 06Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions
- 07Promote a culture of safety and security awareness through communication, training, and engagement with employees
- 08Stay updated on standard methodologies and emerging security threats to proactively improve campus security measures
- 09Responsible for managing, forecasting, and maintaining Campus Security Budgets
- 10May support the expansion and launch of new Roblox offices globally
- 11Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and workflows for Campus Security Operations
- 12Provide support to event security operations for high-profile internal and external events
Требования
- 01Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 027+ years of experience in security management, with a focus on campus security and emergency response
- 03Proven experience leading and managing a team of security professionals
- 04Strong understanding of security technologies, risk assessment methodologies, and emergency management procedures
- 05Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse audiences
- 06Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation
- 07Proficient in access control systems and security management software

- 02Work schedule: Monday - Friday
- 03Annual Salary Range $157,270 - $192,670 USD
