Обязанности
- 01Lead, grow, and develop a team of software engineers building the in-game text chat platform
- 02Own the technical vision and multi-quarter roadmap for real-time text messaging
- 03Drive the architecture and evolution of messaging systems that reliably deliver billions of messages per day
- 04Partner with product and design to shape a compelling communication experience
- 05Collaborate closely with Trust & Safety, Policy, and ML teams to ensure messaging experience is safe
- 06Establish strong engineering practices around quality, observability, on-call health, and operational excellence
- 07Communicate clearly and influence across the organization to align teams behind a shared direction
Требования
- 018+ years of software engineering experience
- 023+ years managing and growing engineering teams
- 03Track record of building and shipping consumer-facing products at scale
- 04Strong product intuition and ability to make thoughtful tradeoffs
- 05Deep experience designing and operating large-scale distributed systems
- 06Demonstrated ability to attract, develop, and retain strong engineers
- 07Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
- 08Bias toward action and comfort with ambiguity at high scale
Условия
- 01Annual Salary Range $345,040 - $399,420 USD
- 02Roles based in office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
- 03Optional presence on Monday and Friday
- 04Equity compensation eligibility
