01Thoughtfully structure and revise workflows and queues across the P2P domain
02Own process controls and governs the P2P lifecycle to ensure strict SOX compliance
03Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two procurement professionals
04Oversee vendor risk management programs, including risk tiering and ongoing monitoring
05Serve as the internal system administrator and super user for current procurement tools
06Build strong, trusting relationships with US and global stakeholders
07Develop clear training materials and conduct regular workshops

01A Master’s degree in business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field
0210+ years of experience in procurement process, systems administration, and governance
03Deep expertise in process governance, establishing controls, running compliance reports, and successfully managing internal and external SOX audits
04A strong background in vendor risk management, including implementing and managing risk tiering methodologies
05A proven track record of designing, revising, and optimizing complex P2P workflows and queues to measurably improve cycle times and user experience
06Demonstrated experience integrating new procurement software into a larger enterprise ERP ecosystem
07Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
08The ability to influence and manage cross-functional teams and initiatives without formal authority
09Hands-on expertise acting as a system administrator or super user for modern procurement and spend management platforms
10Demonstrated experience implementing AI use cases within procurement to drive automation, efficiency, or deeper data insights
11Experience navigating and driving change in a hybrid culture that balances startup agility with corporate structure
12An ownership mindset and a natural learn and be curious attitude
