01Lead the technical vision and execution for Toast’s partner and integration platforms
02Guide a team delivering high-impact features that shape the experience of every Toast customer
03Own the frameworks to manage integrations with Toast for all partners and customers
04Work with the team to build a feature-rich, consistent, unified experience for anyone connecting to Toast's APIs
05Evolve architecture to support complex new features and best-in-class monitoring
06Review design documents and pull requests
07Facilitate cross-team discussions
08Partner with product and architecture on roadmaps
09Support team growth through regular 1:1s and feedback
10Help drive the operational plan and strategic roadmap
11Coach individual contributors for professional and technical development
12Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization
13Mentor both new and experienced engineers in technology and leadership
14Guide teams to build scalable systems
15Track and ensure teams are delivering impact and outcomes
16Drive knowledge sharing programs across the engineering organization
