Обязанности

01Work directly with largest customers on complex, mission-critical challenges
02Develop specialized expertise in areas like performance, scalability, security, or data modeling
03Communicate clearly and calmly under pressure
04Advocate for customers' needs and influence product priorities
05Keep critical deployments online and help navigate high-stakes incidents
06Create knowledge articles, internal talks, mentoring, and ramp new teammates
07Diagnose and resolve performance, availability, and stability issues
08Trace issues end-to-end across application, database, and infrastructure
09Analyze customer workloads and translate requirements into deployment recommendations

01Strong Linux systems administration and troubleshooting skills
02Proven track record supporting complex mission-critical production systems
03Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
04Familiarity with database administration concepts across RDBMS and/or NoSQL systems
05Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
06Experience with Kubernetes or similar orchestration platforms
07Solid understanding of networking fundamentals
08Familiarity with security concepts like authentication, authorization, encryption
09Experience analyzing logs across distributed systems or microservices
10Basic scripting or coding ability
11Skilled at translating complex technical issues into clear communication
12Patience, empathy, and genuine desire to help customers
13Ability to learn quickly and willingness to ramp on new technologies
