Обязанности

01Prepare global income tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740, including deferred tax assets/liabilities analysis
02Prepare accurate quarterly and annual tax provision calculations to meet internal and external reporting requirements
03Prepare analysis and documentation of income tax positions in compliance with FIN48 (Accounting for Uncertain Tax Positions)
04Prepare federal, state, and local income tax returns
05Track tax filing deadlines and prepare submissions in a timely manner
06Support external audits and assist with the preparation of responses to inquiries related to the tax provision
07Prepare schedules, documentation and other necessary information as requested by external auditors
08Track U.S. and international tax developments and prepare analysis of their impact on the company’s tax positions
09Reconcile tax accounts and rollforward balances for month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes
10Assist with tax provision software implementation, configuration, and system upgrades

01Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA qualified, CA Inter or equivalent qualification in taxation/finance is preferred)
02Minimum of 4 years of experience in income tax accounting and tax compliance (either in public accounting firms, corporate finance, or other relevant roles)
03Proficient in tax compliance software/tools and Microsoft Excel
04Technical knowledge of GAAP, Tax Policy, and IRS regulations
05Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
06Ability to work under deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
07High attention to detail and ability to prepare and organize detailed workpapers across multiple workstreams
08Effective communicator with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-tax stakeholders
09Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
