Director, Global Quote-to-Cash Operations (India COE)

01Lead and develop a high-performing team of cross functional professionals to deliver world-class services to internal customers
02Provide oversight for all finance and accounting operations and ensure timely delivery of services including relevant metrics and SLAs
03Drive process improvements, standardization, globalization and operational efficiencies that is expected from a Centre of Excellence operation
04Work collaboratively with other leaders in MongoDB to ensure alignment to functional strategy and consistency in service of our center of excellence provides to teams globally
05Foster a culture of continuous improvement and a customer-centric mindset within the shared services team
06Identify and mitigate operational and internal control risks
07Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption of new processes and technologies
08Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal customers, senior leaders, and service providers
09Develop and monitor performance metrics to track progress and ensure accountability
10Act as business partner to the Senior Accounting Leadership and support in carrying out the organization priorities and objectives

01A Qualified Chartered Accountant, MBA in Finance or any similar qualification preferred
0215+ years of experience in shared services operations, with at least 10 years of leadership experience
03Strong understanding of shared services operations, including process improvement, standardization, and operational efficiencies
04Experience in change management and driving adoption of new processes and technologies
05Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels, from all disciplines, backgrounds and cultures - both in the region and across the globe
06Act as a role model and be committed to model appropriate executive behavior at all times; consistently ‘live’ MongoDB’s organizational values
07Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong sense of urgency
